Adam first discovered Hayward while fishing in the area during college and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Northwoods lifestyle. In 2006, he made the move to Hayward full-time and has since enjoyed everything the area has to offer — from incredible fishing and outdoor recreation to its strong sense of community and small-town charm. Adam, his wife Wendy, and their two boys love working, living, and playing in the Hayward area and are proud to call it home.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Adam spent 17 years teaching business education in Hayward, building strong relationships throughout the community and developing a passion for helping others succeed. He has also owned and operated Lamoureux Concessions for the past 14 years, giving him firsthand experience in customer service, small business ownership, and community involvement.
